The property is located in Costa Rica´s South Pacific specifically in the county of Osa, Province of Puntarenas between the small towns of Uvita and Ojochal, this is about 25 kms south from Dominical.

Distance approx. from the capital San Jose is about 185-250 Kms depending on the route chosen.

The property measures 52.5 hectares (130 acres) of lush Tropical Rain Forest, easily accessed by the Interamerican Highway or National Route # 34 on the east and 2 other local roads on its north and south boundaries.


Besides the abundant Flora and Fauna in the surroundings, not to mention the great Ocean and Forest views, 2 water bodies cross the property east to west conforming a permanent water flow creek known as Quebrada Mercedes that includes a 10-12 mt  (30-36 feet) high waterfall.


There is easy access to electricity, Fiberoptics (TV-High Speed Internet) and drinking water from its own water well.
78% of the property (40.8 hectares/100 acres) is under a Forest Protection Program that grants PSA (payment for environmental services) and annual property tax exemption for that area.
